Custom Built and At Your Door – Really Fast!
All of the Cyclone Family of products are built to order in our West Haven, CT factory and are ready generally ready for shipment within 1-2 business days from order placement. We ship all Cyclone Rake machines in the U.S. by FedEx Ground and we ship right to your home. Because of its size, we ship the Cyclone SuperHauler via a freight carrier. But don’t worry, that will come right to your door as well on a truck with a lift gate so you don’t have to worry about how it’s getting off the truck.
One Rate Shipping includes the Cyclone Rake, Cyclone SuperHauler, and all accessories and upgrades ordered with your product, if shipped within the contiguous 48 United States. There is no sales tax unless shipped to a Connecticut address. If you are in Canada, we have two zone rates. If you live in Quebec or Ontario, you pay the low shipping price of $350. If you live in the other contiguous Canadian provinces your shipping cost is $550. All other Canadian provinces, non-contiguous US and international deliveries please call for pricing.
We will send you an order confirmation email along with tracking numbers that allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typical transit times from our location to yours are as follows:
Zone 1: 1-2 days (Northeast)
Zone 2: 2-3 days (Upper Midwest and South)
Zone 3: 3-4 days (Midwest)
Zone 4: 4-5 days (West and Pacific Northwest)
Canada and Non-contiguous US: Based on location

Step 1: Purchase a Cyclone Rake or Cyclone SuperHauler. Step 2: Use your Cyclone Rake tow behind leaf vacuum or Cyclone SuperHauler on your property for 12 full months (6 months for commercial operations). Step 3: You decide. If at any time during your risk free trial, you opt to return your Cyclone product, we will refund your purchase. We will also refund your shipping costs and pay the return shipping from any customer location in the contiguous United States or contiguous Canada.

FREE Three-Year Warranty

Every Cyclone Rake including the engine, impeller, and collector unit is warranted for three years from the date of delivery for residential use and one year for commercial use. The Cyclone Rake is built from quality materials and made to last. You are responsible for routine maintenance, including oil changes, air filters and spark plugs, proper operation and keeping it protected from the elements. Other than that, we’ve got you covered. Promise.
Product Returns - Parts
For parts purchases, we will refund 100% of the purchase price for all unused, original boxed parts. However, we will not refund shipping costs for parts purchases so please make certain you are ordering exactly what you need. Occasionally customers find that they would like a bigger (or smaller) unit. We’re happy to assist in this process, but please note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs in the case of upgrades or downgrades, plus the associated costs of the changes.
