Shipping at a Glance

  • Most Cyclone Rake systems ship within 1–2 business days
  • Full systems ship on a single secured pallet, so everything arrives together
  • Delivery includes liftgate service to the first threshold (typically your garage door)
  • No signature is required — you do not need to be home
  • The carrier will call you to schedule delivery once your shipment reaches the local terminal
  • You’ll receive a PRO Number (freight tracking number) once your order ships
    • Tracking shows arrival at the local terminal (not to your home)
    • Final delivery is scheduled after the carrier’s call
  • Aftermarket parts and the Cyclone Nut Rake ship free via standard parcel delivery

Shipping Details & What to Expect

All of the Cyclone Family of products are built to order in our West Haven, CT factory, and most are generally ready for shipment within 1–2 business days from receipt of your order (see below). We believe in an end-to-end customer philosophy and strive to ensure that every part of your experience meets or exceeds your expectations.

Our Commitment to You

We Will:

  • Receive and process your order on the day it is received
  • Package your products, parts, and/or accessories to protect them during shipment
  • Include clear, easy-to-follow directions for installation and use
  • Ship your Cyclone Rake or Cyclone Nut Rake within 1–2 business days from receipt of your order
  • Ship your Reconditioned Cyclone Rake bundle within 3–5 business days from receipt of your order
  • Ship new and reconditioned aftermarket parts and accessories within 1–2 business days from receipt of your order
  • Send you an order confirmation email along with your PRO number (freight tracking number) so you can monitor the progress of your shipment
  • Provide follow-up support for any installation or usage questions you may have

How Cyclone Rake Systems Are Shipped

A new Cyclone Rake system typically ships as multiple boxes that are professionally stacked, secured, and shrink-wrapped on a single pallet for delivery. Most orders include between 6–13 boxes, depending on the model and accessories selected.

Reconditioned Cyclone Rake bundles are also shipped on a pallet. Some accessories may ship separately.

Please look for the package labeled I'm the First Box to Open. This box contains the Blower Inlet Collar, Exit Chute, Hitch Forks (packed separately), the Owner’s Assembly Manual, Parts Manual, safety goggles, and ear protection.


Shipping Methods: New & Reconditioned Cyclone Rakes

Cyclone Rake systems ship via freight (LTL) on a single pallet to ensure safe, reliable delivery and reduce the risk of damage or missing components.

Each order is professionally stacked, secured, and shrink-wrapped on a wooden pallet. All boxes arrive together as one shipment.

The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Delivery includes liftgate service to the first threshold, typically your garage door. No signature is required, and you do not need to be home.

Tracking information (called your PRO Number) will be provided once your order ships. Please note that the delivery date shown in tracking reflects arrival at the local terminal; the carrier will then contact you to schedule final delivery.

New Cyclone Rakes:  Delivered to your door  FREE of charge  within the continental United States.

Reconditioned Cyclone Rakes:  Delivered to your door for a flat rate of $149  within the continental United States.

Cyclone Nut Rake:  Delivered to your door Free of charge via parcel within the lower 48 states.

For delivery to non-contiguous U.S. states or international destinations, please call for pricing.

Parts & Accessories:

Accessories Ordered with your Cyclone Rake:

Your shipping price includes your Cyclone Rake along with any accessories or upgrades ordered at the same time. When applicable, accessories ship on the same pallet as your Cyclone Rake.

Aftermarket New & Reconditioned Parts:

All aftermarket parts ship free via standard parcel delivery. If you need help to make sure you get the right part for your Cyclone Rake, please give us a call at 1-888-531-7253 .

Aftermarket New and Reconditioned Accessories:

All our aftermarket accessories ship at flat rate pricing to all of the lower 48 states. We offer four shipping tiers based on the size and weight of the accessory.

Shipment Delivery

We will send you an order confirmation email along with tracking numbers that allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typical transit times from our location to yours are as follows:

  • Zone 1: 1-2 days (Northeast)
  • Zone 2: 2-3 days (Upper Midwest and South)
  • Zone 3: 3-4 days (Midwest)
  • Zone 4: 4-5 days (West and Pacific Northwest)
  • Non-contiguous US & International: Based on location

Return Policy for New Products:

We stand behind all the products, parts and accessories.

New Cyclone Rakes:

If at any time during your New Cyclone 6-Month Rake Peace of Mind Trial, you opt to return your Cyclone Rake, we will refund your purchase (less sales tax after 90 days*). A $299 Return Processing Fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover return shipping and inspection. If you picked up your Cyclone Rake at the factory, just bring it back during normal business hours and we’ll handle the rest. There are no restocking fees or hidden costs beyond the return fee. The only requirement for a full refund is that you use approved box sizes and a company-issued RMA, as proper packaging helps control freight costs. The Peace of Mind Trial is available one time, per household or business, to new customers only.

New Cyclone Nut Rakes:

If at any time during your New Cyclone Nut Rake 90-day Peace of Mind Trial, you opt to return it and we will refund your purchase (less sales tax after 90 days*). A $149 Return Processing Fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and product inspection. Factory pickups can be returned directly to us during normal business hours. There are no restocking fees. For a full refund, simply use approved box sizes and a company-issued RMA—this ensures safe return shipping and helps us manage freight costs.

Aftermarket Parts & Accessories:

If you purchased them on the Cyclone Rake website, we will refund 100% of the purchase price (less sales tax after 90 days*) for all unused, original boxed items returned within 6 months, minus a 15% restocking charge and shipping costs. All returns require a company-issued RMA. If you have any questions or need help to make sure you get the right part, please call our Customer Support Team at (888)-531-7253.

Return Policy for Reconditioned Products:

If you need to return an item because of a defect in workmanship or materials, we will pay the cost of shipping the product back to us. We will ask for pictures and a description of the material or workmanship issue, and all returns must be authorized by a Customer Service representative. We’ll then refund 100% of the purchase price* and issue an RMA. (That’s a fancy way of saying return paperwork.)

If there are no defects in workmanship or materials, we will review your return request. The product must be in like new condition and cannot have been used prior to return. If we approve the return, you will be responsible for all packaging and shipping costs for the item(s). This return policy is in effect for 30 days from the date of shipment from us so please review everything when you get it. This covers all reconditioned Cyclone Rakes, parts and accessories.

*Sales Tax on items will not be returned after 90 days as this is paid directly to your state.
