All of the Cyclone Family of products are built to order in our West Haven, CT factory and are generally ready for shipment within 1-5 business days from the receipt of your order (see below). We believe in an end-to-end customer philosophy and strive to ensure that every part of your experience meets or exceeds your expectations. So, here’s what to expect after you place your order.

We will:

  • Receive and process your order on the day it is received.
  • Package your products, parts and/or accessories to protect them during shipment.
  • Include clear, easy to follow directions for installation and use.
  • Ship your Cyclone Rake or Cyclone Nut Rake within 2-3 business days from the receipt of your order.
  • Ship your Cyclone SuperHauler within 4-5 business days from the receipt of your order.
  • Ship your After Market Parts and Accessories within 1-2 business days from the receipt of tour order.
  • Send you an order confirmation email along with tracking numbers that allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
  • Provide follow up support for any installation or usage questions you may have.

Shipping Methods

All our tools, parts and accessories will ship via one of the following methods, typically based on the size of the item(s) being shipped:

  • FedEx Home Delivery
  • Freight (for example, FedEx Freight, ABF). These items will be on  a pallet.
  • US Postal Service (for most after-market parts)


Shipping Charges

Cyclone Rake $199 $179 FREE To Your Door Shipping:

If you live in the continental United States your Cyclone Rake will be delivered directly to your home, via our outstanding FedEx Home Delivery. You do not need to be home for this delivery and FedEx will deliver your Cyclone Rake in a traditional FedEx truck – No tractor trailers in your driveway.

Cyclone Super Hauler $149 FREE To Your Door Shipping:

If you live in the lower 48 and would like your SuperHauler delivered to your home, because of its size, we can only ship it via a freight carrier. But don’t worry, that will come right to your home on a truck with a lift gate, so you don’t have to worry about how it’s getting off the truck.

If you live in the non-contiguous US or require international delivery please call for pricing.

FREE Shipping for All Your Accessories with Your New Cyclone Product Order!

Which ever shipping option you choose, your shipping price includes your new Cyclone Rake or SuperHauler and any accessories and upgrades ordered with it. 

After-Market Parts and Accessory Shipping Charges

Whenever possible, we will combine parts and accessories into as few boxes as possible. Please note that some parts and accessories cannot be combined due to size and/or other packaging requirements. All shipping charges will be clearly stated during the online checkout process or in your conversation with one of our Customer Service Specialists. Please note that shipping costs for after-market parts and accessories are not refundable. Shipment Delivery

We will send you an order confirmation email along with tracking numbers that allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typical transit times from our location to yours are as follows:

  • Zone 1: 1-2 days (Northeast)
  • Zone 2: 2-3 days (Upper Midwest and South)
  • Zone 3: 3-4 days (Midwest)
  • Zone 4: 4-5 days (West and Pacific Northwest)
  • Non-contiguous US & International: Based on location

Product Return Policy

We stand behind all the products, parts and accessories.

If at any time during your Cyclone Rake, SuperHauler or Nut Rake risk-free trial, you opt to return your unit, we will refund your purchase*. We will also refund your shipping costs and pay the return shipping from any customer location in the contiguous United States or contiguous Canada. And if you picked your Cyclone Product up at the factory, no problem. Just bring it back to the factory during normal business hours and we’ll get you a full refund. There are no restocking fees or other hidden costs. 

For after-market parts and accessories purchased on the Cyclone Rake website, we will refund 100% of the purchase price* for all unused, original boxed items minus an 15% restocking charge and shipping costs.
