Privacy Policy, Woodland Power Products, Inc.

Responsible Marketing

Woodland Power Products is serious about your right to privacy and our responsibility to protect it when you share information with us. When you provide personal information to Woodland Power Products you can be confident it will stay confidential and protected. We don't rent, sell or share your confidential information. When you request a free Cyclone Rake Information Kit and catalog, ask for a Cyclone Rake owner referral, place an order with us, or contact our customer service team, your confidential information is always held in the strictest confidence.

Our marketing practices are conservative and designed to help you make an educated decision about our products, not to overwhelm you. We use a wide variety of advertising channels, so you could see us on Google, Facebook and TV, as well as in magazines, catalogs or in banner ads (display advertising). If you ever change your mind and wish to be removed from our files, just send us an email or call toll-free and we'll get it taken care of that right away.

The information provided below represents an easy to read and understand summary of our policy. We have also included a link to the complete policy at the bottom of the page. Please feel free to review both and let us know if you have any questions.

Information We Collect About You

We collect information from a variety of sources which in the end, you control. We will always abide by your requests should you decide to not allow the use of your information. As noted, you may simply send us a request to the email address Remove@cyclonerake.com and we will process the removal of your information or parts thereof. Unless you specify, we will remove all data. Please note, this could impact our ability to look up your ownership information.

We may from time to time contract with third party vendors to provide ads to our customers on our behalf via the Internet or to send direct mail to customers whom we think may be interested in our products or services. In order to do so, such vendor may collect anonymous information about your visits to our website using a “cookie”. Third-party vendors may then pool the anonymous information that they collect from our website with other sources of information, which may include your name and mailing address, for purposes of determining whether you might be interested in receiving direct mail. If you do not wish for cookies to be placed on your computer, most web browsers permit you to prevent that from taking place. Additionally, information about opting out of cookie-based Internet advertising can be found via the following links - http://optout.networkadvertising.org and/or https://www.neustar.biz/privacy/opt-out. However, please keep in mind that these technologies are an important part of how the website works; removing, rejecting or limiting the use of cookies or other similar technologies might affect the availability and functionality of the website. To opt-out of receiving our direct mail, please click here to send us a note or call us at 888.531.7253.

Email

Woodland Power Products encourages web visitors to provide us with an email address. Email addresses are used to inform customers of order updates and to communicate special offers or opportunities. Our email marketing programs are opt-in and conservative in frequency - unless something really special is happening, you typically won't see more than 1-2 emails per month from us. And, a clear link is provided in every email message if you wish to discontinue receipt of email marketing messages. Your email address, like all your personal information, will be kept confidential.

Security of Your Personal Information

Woodland Power Products utilizes sophisticated technologies to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We store all personal information on secure computer systems with restricted network access, located in controlled facilities. If a password is used to help protect your accounts and personal information, it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If you are sharing a computer with anyone you should always choose to log out before leaving a site or service to protect access to your information from subsequent users. (Please note, this functionality is currently  not employed on our site.)

The Use of Cookies

The Cyclone Rake website use "cookies" to help personalize your online experience. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies contain information that can later be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.  Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer.

Woodland Power Products uses cookies to store your website preferences and other information on your computer to save you time and to display personalized content or advertising. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to sign in or use other interactive features of many web sites and services that depend on cookies. You Are in Control of What You See

Our Company believes in an active approach to managing the advertising you/we see. As noted above, we will respond quickly to a request to remove you from our mailing lists. But, if you do not want to see any of our advertisements (or those from other companies) most browsers give you the opportunity to control the ads that are being presented. And of course, if you don't want to see our TV ads or our magazine ads, well, you can always change the channel or flip the page (but we hope you won't). Remember that you are in control. If you decide you want all your data removed, we will wipe it from all our systems and request that our partners (our delivery company, for example) do the same.
