\r\nAt stake? Bragging rights and some serious Cyclone Rake gear — including a $500 Cyclone Rake gift card, a sweet Cyclone Rake Swag Bag, and a custom Leaf Legend of 2025 yard sign to show the whole neighborhood who’s boss.

By submitting a video to the Leaf Legend of 2025 Video Contest (“Contest”), you agree to be bound by the following rules, terms, and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Woodland Power Products, Inc. (“Cyclone Rake,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).\r\n
\r\n1. Eligibility:\r\n\r\n•\tContest is open to legal residents of the United States or Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.\r\n•\tEmployees of Woodland Power Products, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.\r\n•\tEntries from outside the United States or Canada will not be accepted.\r\n
2. How to Enter:\r\n\r\n•\tSubmit your original video via our designated platform (currently hosted by Vloggi).\r\n•\tOnly one entry per household is permitted unless otherwise specified.\r\n•\tAll entries must be submitted by [submission deadline to be added].\r\n•\tSubmissions must comply with the video requirements and content guidelines outlined on the submission page.\r\n
3. Video Submission Requirements:\r\n\r\n•\tVideos must prominently feature a Cyclone Rake product in action.\r\n•\tContent must be original, created by the participant.\r\n•\tNo inappropriate, offensive, discriminatory, unlawful, or dangerous behavior.\r\n•\tYou must have express permission from anyone visible or identifiable in the video.\r\n•\tNo infringing on third-party rights (privacy, publicity, copyright, etc.).\r\n•\tVideos must comply with file size and format limits on the upload platform (250 mb).\r\n•\tPlease avoid political and religious content.\r\n
4. Ownership & Rights:\r\n\r\n•\tBy submitting your content, you grant Cyclone Rake and its affiliates a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, modify, display, reproduce, and distribute your video in any and all marketing, advertising, or promotional materials—now or in the future.\r\n•\tThis includes (but is not limited to): digital ads, social media, website, email campaigns, and trade shows.\r\n•\tYou acknowledge that no additional compensation will be provided beyond the stated prizes.\r\n
5. Prizes:\r\nOne (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:\r\n\r\n•\tA $500 Cyclone Rake gift card (non-transferable, no cash value)\r\n•\tA Cyclone Rake goodie bag (contents at our discretion)\r\n•\tA custom Leaf Legend of 2025 winner yard sign for ultimate bragging rights\r\nUp to Two (2) Runner-Up Winners will each receive:\r\n\r\n•\tA Cyclone Rake goodie bag\r\n•\tA Leaf Legend of 2025 yard sign\r\nPrizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash. Prize recipients may be required to complete a Winner Affidavit and Publicity Release prior to receiving the award.\r\n
6. Judging Criteria:\r\n\r\n•\tA dedicated panel of Cyclone Rake staff will serve as contest judges.\r\n•\tJudging will be conducted blindly and based on:\r\no\tCreativity\r\no\tVisual quality\r\no\tCyclone Rake product usage\r\no\tOverall entertainment or impact\r\n•\tDecisions of the judging panel are final.\r\n
7. Winner Notification:\r\n\r\n•\tWinners will be notified via the email and/or phone number provided during submission.\r\n•\tIf a selected winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or declines the prize, a new winner may be selected.\r\n•\tWinners may be announced via Cyclone Rake social channels, email, and official websites.\r\n
8. Disqualification:\r\nWe reserve the right to disqualify entries that:\r\n\r\n•\tViolate these Terms\r\n•\tContain inappropriate content or pose reputational/legal risk\r\n•\tAre suspected of fraud, tampering, or automation\r\n
9. Limitation of Liability:\r\nCyclone Rake is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or technical failures.\r\nBy participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Cyclone Rake and its affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from this contest or any prize awarded.\r\n
10. Privacy:\r\nEntrant information will be used only to administer the contest and support Cyclone Rake marketing efforts. Information will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.\r\n11. Miscellaneous\r\n\r\n•\tContest is void where prohibited by law.\r\n•\tCyclone Rake reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest at any time.\r\n•\tThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.\r\n
