How a customer can request for a digital infokit/ mail infokit?

To access digital infokit request page, use the link form side menu or Home page catalog dropdown.
Fill the form available in the ‘FREE infokit download’ page and submit the form.
To access mail infokit request page, use the link form side menu or Home page catalog dropdown.
Fill the form available in the ‘Infokit by Mail’ page and submit the form.


Where the infokit request details are getting updated?

The infokit submission details are updated in the admin customer account’s infokit tab.
For Digital infokit, the fields recorded are First Name, Last Name, Email, Please do not email me offers, Phone number, How did you hear about us?
For Mail infokit, the recorded fields are First Name, Last Name, Street Address, City, Country, State, Zip, Email, Please do not email me offers, Phone number, How did you hear about us?

What happens when a guest user request for infokit?

An infokit submission by a guest user will create a new customer in the admin and update the infokit request details in the corresponding customer account in the admin.

What happens a logged in registered user submits an infokit request for another user(different email id)?

An infokit submission by a registered logged in user with a different email id(other than used for registration) will create a new customer if there are no customer existing with the given email and update the infokit request details in corresponding customer account in the admin. If there is an existing customer account with that email id that is given in infokit submission, the submission details will get link to that account.

How the notification for digital infokit works?

The email address in the submission details will get an automated email from WPP with hyperlink to download the infokit.


This is an automated email, uses the message template- Infokit.EmailDigitalKit

How notification for Mail infokit works?

After a customer submits a request for a Mail infokit, they will not receive any notifications. However, every day, all the details of the Mail infokit requests will be compiled into an excel file and sent, to the designated WPP email address. The message template used for this will be Infokit.DailySummaryForMailing.



How to configure the email address to receive the Mail infokit details?

The Widget infokit which is available in admin widgets has the field to configure the email address. (admin-plugin-widgets-infokit-configure)


Which are the scheduled tasks associated with the infokit?


Scheduled task which runs every 1min(time interval is configurable). This task is responsible for sending digital infokits to customers and synchronizing the details with Mailchimp.


Scheduled task which runs every day(time interval is configurable). This task is responsible for sending the daily summary of physical infokit requests to the configured WPP email address and synchronizing the details with Mailchimp.
