How to use Tractor Database

How to find tractor information in the new TractorDb

Step 1: Login to admin portal.

Step 2: Navigate to Tools, Click on 'Tractor Search' tab.

Step 3: Use wild search for finding tractor details. Or click on Filters.


Fill the fields and click on Search button. It will fetch the tractor details.

How to add a new tractor to the database

Step1: Click on the ‘Add new’ button in the top right corner of the ‘manage tractor’ page.

Step2: Fill the text field for tractor make.

Step3: After filling the text field, click the ‘Add Now’ button.

Step4: Repeat the same for the Tractor model and Tractor Deck size.

Step5: Click the save button.

Step1: Select the newly added tractor.

Step2: Select the rake to link to the new tractor. Do the settings as required.

Step3: Add general instructions for hitch and MDA.

Step4: Compatible MDA, Hitch, Rubber collar Kit etc for the tractor-rake combination can be linked by using the highlighted buttons.

Follow the same way for the after market details.

Step5: Click the ‘Publish’ button on the top right corner. Now the tractor rake combination will be available for the end user.

Reviewing and Adding new tractor suggestions submitted by the customer

Introduction: When a customer fill the tractor make, model deck size fields with some new data combinations which are not existing in the database, it considers as a new tractor suggestion.

Follow below steps to review new tractor suggestions.

Step1: Go to ‘Review New Tractor’ page under tractor management.

Step2:Click on the new tractor suggestion and validate the details. save and publish. Once the suggestion is published, it will be removed automatically from the queue.

Step3: The published tractor suggestion is now available in the tractor search.
