How to Create/Edit SF solutions

Edit an existing Solution:

Step1: Login to admin portal.

Step2: Click on Content and then Knowledgebase.


Step3: Click on the category 'Solutions' 

           Click on the Edit button of the subcategory, in which the article we need to change belongs to.

          

Step4:  Once the Edit button is clicked, the particular Subcategory will open(Here the subcategory is customer support and its parent category is Solutions).

Step5: Navigate to Articles tab.


Step6: Click on the article that you need to edit.

Step7: Make the changes and click on Save button in the top right corner.

How to Create a new Solution:

Step1: Navigate to Knowledgebase in the admin portal.

Step2: Click on the 'Create Article' button in the top right corner.



Step3: Fill the fields appropriately, and Save the article.

Select the parent category under which the new article should be published. In the above image, the article will be created under the subcategory 'Other'.
