Picking Up Your Cyclone Rake at the Factory - SAFELY
Important Covid-19 Safety Information: In order to keep our customers and employees as safe as possible during this difficult time, here are some guidelines we are following. We ask that you follow them too. Please read carefully before scheduling your pick up appointment.
- All parties visiting will be required to wear masks at all times.
- All Woodland Power Products team members are required to wear masks and are regularly sanitizing our facilities.
- An appointment is required to pick up your order in person. Please call our Customer Service team at least 48 hours in advance so we can ensure we have everything ready when you arrive.
- A team member will not be able to assist in the unloading/loading of your vehicle – please bring any assistance you may need to safely lift large and heavy boxes.
- We will not be able to make changes to your order onsite – all changes, additions, subtractions to your order must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- We ask that you maintain a 6-foot distance from any team member and other visitors who do not live in your immediate household – per CDC guidelines.
- No cash options are currently available. You are able to pre-pay for your order with our Customer Service Team over the phone via all major credit cards, PayPal, PayPal Credit, and our Financing option.
- When you arrive, come into our showroom, and ring the bell for assistance.
