Let’s face it, when you invest in a Cyclone Rake, Cyclone Nut Rake or one of our other products, you’re going to have these amazing tools for a long, long time. So, we make buying them easy and owning them, worry free!

Woodland Power Products takes a customer centric approach to our customer relationships and our terms and conditions are no different. Below you will find clear language about how we do business. At the end of the page, you will find the more “legally” stuff. Please read this and ask us any question you like. We want transparency with companies we do business with. We walk our talk.

  • We won’t rent, sell, loan, give, offer, or think about sharing your personal information. We don’t want that to happen to us and we won’t do that to you.

Cyclone Guarantees

Cyclone Rake: Twelve-Month - Residential Use

Step 1: Purchase a Cyclone Rake. Step 2: Use your Cyclone Rake tow behind leaf vacuum on your property for 12 full months. Step 3: You decide. If at any time during your risk-free trial, you opt to return your Cyclone Rake we will refund your purchase (less sales tax after 90 days). We will also refund your shipping costs and pay the return shipping from any residential customer location in the contiguous United States. And if you picked up your Cyclone Rake at the factory, no problem. Just bring it back to the factory during normal business hours and we'll get you a full refund (less sales tax after 90 days). There are no restocking fees or other hidden costs. The only thing we ask is that you either save your boxes or we’ll be happy to tell you what size boxes to use to ship the components back. Please note that the only requirement for a full refund is that you use approved box sizes as the freight expense is significant.

Cyclone Rake: Six-Month - Commercial Use

Step 1: Purchase a Cyclone Rake. Step 2: Use your Cyclone Rake tow behind leaf vacuum for your business for 6 months. Step 3: You decide. If at any time during your risk-free trial, you opt to return your Cyclone Rake, we will refund your purchase (less sales tax after 90 days). We will also refund your shipping costs and pay the return shipping from any customer location in the contiguous United States. And if you picked your Cyclone Rake up at the factory, no problem. Just bring it back to the factory during normal business hours and we'll get you a full refund (less sales tax after 90 days). There are no restocking fees or other hidden costs. The Fine Print: The Risk-Free Guarantees are only available one time, per one family or business, to new customers. That's it for the fine print.

Cyclone Nut Rake: Ninety-Day  

Step 1: Purchase a Cyclone Nut Rake. Step 2: Use your Cyclone Nut Rake Walk-Behind or Tow Behind Model for 90 days. Step 3: You decide. If at any time during your use of the Cyclone Nut Rake, you opt to return your Nut Rake, we will refund your purchase (less sales tax after 90 days). We will also refund your shipping costs and pay the return shipping from any customer location in the contiguous United States. And if you picked up your Cyclone Nut Rake at the factory, no problem. Just bring it back to the factory during normal business hours and we'll get you a full refund (less sales tax after 90 days). There are no restocking fees or other hidden costs. Cyclone Rake: Classic, Commander, Commercial PRO - Residential Use

Your new Cyclone Rake with the Briggs & Stratton XR950-Pro engine is covered under a bumper-to-bumper warranty for 2 years from the date of delivery for residential use. This covers you against any defects in materials and workmanship. With the upgrade to the Briggs & Stratton 6.5HP Cyclonic Vanguard Engine you will also receive an upgrade to a 3 Year bumper-to-bumper warranty. Both the 2- and 3-year engine warranties are covered by Briggs & Stratton directly. The Cyclone Rake is built from quality materials and is made to last. You are responsible for routine maintenance including (but not limited to) oil changes, air filters, and spark plugs. Collison damage and normal wear/age damage are not covered under the warranty.  

Cyclone Rake: Classic, Commander & Commercial PRO - Commercial Use

For Commercial use, your Cyclone Rake with the XR950-PRO engine or upgraded Briggs & Stratton Cyclonic Vanguard 6.5HP engine are covered under a bumper-to-bumper warranty for 6 months from the date of delivery. Just like the residential warranty this covers you against defects in materials and workmanship. The engine warranty is covered by Briggs & Stratton directly. You are responsible for routine maintenance including oil changes, air filters, and spark plugs. Collision damage, and normal wear/age damage is not covered under the warranty. The Cyclone Rake is built from quality materials and is built to last.

Cyclone Rake: XL & Z-10 - Residential Use

Your new Cyclone Rake with the Briggs & Stratton Vanguard engine is covered under a free bumper-to-bumper warranty for 3 years from the day of delivery for residential use. This covers you against any defects in materials and workmanship. The Cyclone Rake is built from quality materials and is made to last. The engine warranty is covered by Briggs & Stratton directly.  You are responsible for routine maintenance including (but not limited to) oil changes, air filters, and spark plugs. Collision damage and normal wear/age damage are not covered under the warranty.

Cyclone Rake: XL & Z-10 - Commercial Use

Aftermarket Parts & Accessories:

Your warranty isn’t only for a new Cyclone Rake. When you purchase any of our aftermarket parts and accessories you are covered for 60 days from the delivery date against defects in materials and workmanship. Collision damage and normal wear/age damage are not covered under the warranty.

Cyclone Nut Rake: 

The Cyclone Nut Rake is warrantied for one year from the date of delivery. The Cyclone Nut Rake is built from quality materials and made to last. You are responsible for routine maintenance and cleaning. Be sure to operate it properly and keep it protected from the elements. Collision and normal wear/age damage is not included.

Woodland Power Products will occasionally run promotions or sales on our website or through other advertising. Please note that promotions or offers cannot be combined. There is a limit of one promotion or offer per purchase of a Cyclone Rake or Cyclone Nut Rake.  Some of our promotions or offers apply to the purchase of our gift cards.  If a promotion or offer is used to purchase a gift card, the same or different promotion or offer cannot be used at the time the gift card is redeemed. Please note, only 1 promo code may be used on an order and if there are any price discrepancies, the website price will govern.
